Congratulations on your Animated Logo purchase! TERMS & CONDITIONS

This services agreement is by and between 2MINUTE 2ERS (hereafter referred to as “Studio”) and Client. This agreement will cover the delivery of Animated Logo services (“Services”) by Studio for creation of all current and future 2MINUTE 2ERS Animated Logos.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Animated Logo production by 2MINUTE 2ERS for Client.

2. DELIVERY DATE: One Animated Logo in MP4 format in 16:9 and 1:1 ratios, and one GIF format in 16:9 ratio and 300 pixels in width, of each Logo will be delivered via email within 48 hours from the Client’s delivery of all necessary materials. These include, but are not limited to photos, logos, copy, etc. Client understands that any delay on Client’s part to deliver needed materials for the Animated Logos, or to schedule time to record sessions, may affect the final delivery date.

3. REVISIONS: Client will have one complimentary editing change per Animated Logos. Thereafter, changes will be billed at $99 per revision. Client will not be charged for revisions if Studio has erred on spelling and/or placement of the copy and images provided by the Client.

4. COPYRIGHTS: Once the full fee has been paid, Client will have full ownership of all completed Animated Logos. Studio may use any parts of the Animated Logos for valid business promotion with written permission from Client.

5. CREATIVE CONTROL: Studio will work with the Client to obtain the necessary copy and images, but Studio retains creative control over the final Animated Logo format.

6. LIABILITY: Studio will perform tasks to the best of its ability, but Studio accepts no responsibility for unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to equipment failure, power outages, inability to attend and perform services due to illness, and/or any other situation beyond Studio’s control. In the event that unforeseen circumstances occur, Studio Cinematographers will use best efforts to provide similar services, or refund in entirety monies paid by the Client. Studio’s sole liability in any case shall be limited to a monetary amount no greater than the total of monies paid by the Client.

7. INDEMNIFICATION: Client warrants that it has the full legal rights to any and all photographic, film, or video images supplied by the Client to Studio for use in the Logo. Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Studio and its officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, associates and affiliates and each of them, harmless from and against any and all losses, costs, damage, liability and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of any claim whatsoever, directly or indirectly, from the use of images supplied to Studio by Client.
